weightlossforhappiness: Breakfast - Bowl of honey nut cheerios with skim milk. Coffee with whole milk. Lunch - 2 scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, 15 raspberries, 5 blackberries.
